Jardini has hole on his head

My Jaridni has holes on his head anybody knows a fast to cure this ? PLEASE HELP!!
Some people told me change water and stop feeding live food .any faster ways ?

almost looks like injury. Any chance he is jumping and hitting his head? Water changes and stop live feeding is a good start
