i am getting a jardini soon he should be about 2in when i get him is he going to be alright. i am thinking of maybe getting two a growing them together in a 75 before putting them into a bigger tank will it work and how sensitive are they at 2in. I've never seen them that small

I hadn't any problems with my jardini when it was about 2.5 inches. The only problem is fast growth rate unless you already have the big tank or at least in less than 8 months.
