today when i came home from work saw my 12 inch jar banged up pretty bad, on top of his head he has a big bump that seems like he try to jump or something and hurt himself really bad and seems like hes bleeding internally, his scales are red and i am worry he will die, he was not hurt by other tankmates because hes the dominant of the tank , what can i do

I have no clue what that is. Best you can do right now is some mela and pima fix, plus some salt and up the temp to about 85-87.
 
what are the tank mates? yeah my jar did the same thing.. he was only about 8" and he kept smashing his head on the top of glass from jumping alot and got marks on the side of the body... they get really homocidal... he ended up dying after a few days of being like that... yours doesnt look as bad what mine did though

The redness on the body does not seem like physical trauma.

Your arowana suffered from "Red Spot" disease. This is probably caused by bacteria entering underneath the scales of the fish, causing it to swell and become red. From what I understand, this disease is terminal and occurs very rapidly.
