Until it was 14 inches or so. Jardinis need more room to turn than a silver, they are less flexible. They are also a bulkier, stockier fish, and in my experience more skittish. Silvers are graceful and calm, and I've never seen my silver freak out and bash himself, where as my jardini used to do that a lot. Hence I think they need a lot of room.
