Wondered if anybody has seen anything like this. One side is pink and has lost all coloration, the other side's operculum looks good. Has anybody seen anything like this?

20 ppm Nitrate
.25 ppm ammonia (working on it)
0 ppm nitrite
ph - 6.5
kh - 0
gh - 30
