Jardini lip?

Anyone know what’s up with her lip? I noticed this when I got her home a few weeks ago and assumed it happened in transport, but it hasn’t got better or worse. Is it an injury, old scar, infection?
nitates 5-ish
Temp 80f
She eats sometimes but is still finicky
Other than that she seems healthy and alert

Looks as if it’s run into something. I would do daily water changes and monitor the lip. Should be okay and heal up.

Looks like from rubbing on the area with something. If that’s the case then it should get better with time. Sometimes it doesn’t.
