When I got home from work today, I noticed my 3" Jardini swimming around all disoriented and crazy...bumping into sh*t...like he was stoned or something. He didn't look good at all and looks like he was going to die at any second. There was no warning, in fact, he had a healthy bloodworm breakfast just this morning.

So, I set up my already existing 20 gallon tank as a quarantine tank. Moved him from the 125 and into a feeder 'tank' inside the 20 gallon...did a 50% change in that tank, conditioned the water, and changed half the media content. Keep in mind, I think he may die at any second so I had no time to make sure everthing was perfect.

I realize he is going to die, but is there anything else I can do to pull off a miracle? (he's actually breathing hard and flipping around a bit (but not normal)...not still, like in this picture)).

He's still in the same condition...no better...no worse...he can't find his bearings.

But, if he won't give up, I won't either...

I'd try to raise the temp to 84, add some salt and a air stone for extra oxygen since he's not breathing so well. I wouldnt add any melafix or pima fix. Also make sure your not skimpy with stress coat watter conditioner. Check his peram's....ammonia, nitrate, ph....good luck my fish is acting funny as well so your not alone here buddy.
