Whats a good price for a Jardini, thats bout 4 maybe 5"s? I saw one yesterday for $99.00.

That's the price I saw for one that has a similar size. Go to the fish bowl in Rhode Island. Theres a member here that works there who said they have a jardini for about 50 dollars if I remember that correctly. 8 inches or so was his size. :)

Ok I was just curious, as this is the first Jardini Ive seen in a LFS near me. from what Ive seen at this place so far theyve got a good variety of nice fish. although they had 2" silver Aros for 19.99 an there was easily 50 in the tank. there was a Huge Silver Aro as well for like 299.99.

If I knew my car would make it to RI an back in this weather Id give that place a Look. but Ill probally get down there sooner or later.

I bought my Jardini, then 8", for the equivalent of 20$. The other day I saw one that must have been almost 20" with awesome coloration for ~40$ ... Taiwan's fish and CHEAP!!! :D

you lucky mofo

I just found a LFS nearby that has a tank of about 12 X 2-2.5" jardini's for $25 each. If you are in the Los Angeles County area - its a place in the City of La Puente, on Hacienda Blvd.

haha i was gonna wait - but i guess not. Looks like i'll be upgrading to a bigger tank sooner than i thought. I couldn't pass up a good deal. Most of the places near me seem to sell them for $35-60.

On a side note - these baby jardini's are relatively light in color (the others i've seen are darker) - do they get darker as they get older? or is it more of a mood thing? just curious.
