How does everyone care for their Jardinis?

4. Blackwater conditions?

My temp for my jar range from 78-84 ( depend on room temperature). Ph is around constant at 7.3 ish. I feed it azoo and aqua master pellet, with krills and market shrimp after he/she eat the pellets twice everyday. I don't use the leaf, heard it stain the water brown for a while. I don't see no benefit as much because he/she seem pretty happy and perky in the tank.

No days where you fast him? Such as waterchange days? Because I fast my Flowerhorns at least morning and afternoon on water change day.. and feed only once in the evening...

And is Azoo pretty good? Was thinking of trying it.. but not much feedback on Azoo products.

for me i fast my "JAR" at least once a week during sunday

3. 6x a week (everyday pretty much, except one day out of the week)

black water conditions is the same as using indian almond leaf. its just black water extract is a more concentrated form of indian almond leaf. not needed... unless your aro is stressed, sick, or trying to breed. at least thats all ive read about with that. all that stuff does is just replicates nature's dirty water. its the same concept behind calming a croc by blinding him.
