any idea what kind of fish i can throw in with a 15" jar and can hold their own against it? something to even out the aggression....i guess lol

Catfish work I've got few , irwini , Niger , giraffe , plecs etc , ive also got a jag cichlid and large pacu in with mine , they can be evil though mines killed loads over the years and eaten a few ( including 2 flowerhorns ) good luck whatever you choose you mite struggle if your gettin it at that size ? Previous tankmates ?

Nothing only silver dollars mabey as a tank mate not to level aggression u could use dithers to level it out

ive found anything silver (dollars , tinfoil barbs etc ) get smashed up in mins , depends on the jar I suppose just try stuff out

i got my jar with heaps but every now and then my jar trys to bite my fish what i have with mine is striped grunter,2 silver perch,2 barramundi,1 tandanus catfish but my catfish is left alone and the barras,next week im trying a jag and a salmon tail catfish

wait found his thread, now just because he has his jar in a comm tank dosent mean it will work out for you, but it might give you an idea on what you can keep
