Jardini with cloudy eyes. (picture) Any advise?

My jardini's eyes have been cloudy for a while.
The temperature of the water is around 82 degree F.
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10
I haven't add salt yet. Do you guys think I should?
Is there anything else that could help?

Try to keep the water pristine.. Adding salt wouldn't hurt.
