Hello i was just wondering how a 7"Jardini would get along with a 9"RTC? i read the jardini thread but i didnt see anything about a jardini with a rtc so i just wanted to know....

RTC might eat your jar.. I wouldnt do it my friends RTC was 13" and it ate his 11" jar

yea get a bigger jar or sumthing lol

Oh i though the Jar would be the problematic one! thats new! My RTC isnt agressive (or so i think) i have had oscar fish, small bicher fish, and plecos with my RTC but i moved RTC and my old Silver Aro (jumped into over flo n died:cry:) out into my 265g. he never ate any of them. he rarely comes out to see the light of day....in a dark room....

The jar could be if it was a bit bigger. They don't have much "bite" at that size. I have a 22" Jar that beats the hell out of a 22" Marbled Pim on occasion. It's possible........but like always, risky.

:iagree:

I wouldn't do it. Jardini will try to beat the rtc up. RTC will try to eat the jardini. RISKY!!!

50/50 chance lol

it really can go both ways the jar can mess wit the rtc or the rtc can swallow the jar,my expericances with the rtc he swallowed part my set of oscars..i wusnt trippin tho

RTC grow faster than jar and the jar will soon get eaten. Even a fully grown jar will still get eaten with a fully grown RTC. Jar max out of average 20" in captivity and RTC get even bigger. Even with an aggressive jar, when the RTC gets it's chance it will eat the jar.
