Hello all,
I have a 5" jardini on his own in a grow out tank. I think he is finally big enough to go in with the rest of the baby monsters but need advice about going forward.
Currently I have a 7" albino silver arowana and an 8" Tiger shovelnose. They are in a 150 until they are all big enough to go with the really big guys.
Eventually I will be adding in a peacock bass, and most likely a motoro stingray as well.
I understand jardini are grouchy at best, and psychotic at their worst but I know that they can be with Tankmates. I've seen what they can go with, but not a lot about introducing them. I was going to divide the tank so they can all see each other for a few weeks and take out the divider.
I'd like to raise all of these guys together so I'm less likely to have issues later on, but am prepared to separate if the jardini becomes a problem.
Is there anything else I need to keep in mind when attempting this combo?
Thanks
