How often should I feed my Jardini? It's about 13 in long, I think I feed it too much. I'm looking for a tank mate as well. Any suggestions?

everyone says jardinis cant live with other fish but ive seen alot of vids and pics of jars and datnoids. im still deciding if i should keep it by itself in the future or add him with other fish.

You only need to feed it twice a day, about as much to see the slightest bump in its stomach. When bigger, once a day and even skipping a day will be required. How much do you currently feed it?

Welcome to MFK, If you will notice there are many different sub forums. So your question on feeding a jardini would be better placed in the Arowana sub forum instead of the sub forum it is currently in which is Breeding.

Now that your Jardini is getting bigger a single daily feeding would be best also start skipping one feeding a week. What are you feeding your jar? As for tankmates it is recommended that jardini be kept as a solitary fish.
