jardini

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
jardinis are probably best kept alone. they become agressive at some point. but i'm sure u already know that

i had a small jardini go nature on a larger bichir. so all depends on the individual fish- tank parameters, tankmate behaviors- infact, way too many factors- that its nearly impossible to anticipate, predict and hope for peaceful commune with jardinis. i'm sure you can get away with a small jardini with much larger passive fish- but for how long?
on the other hand, i have my 4" jar with two fat rotkeils at the moment.

oh ok then. but since the silver arow reg for tank is too much for me. wat the minumum tank size for a blue aroow? also can i have tnakmates?

Silver, Blue/black have the same requirements and are pretty much the same fish except for fin coloration. All Aro's need big ass tank footprints.

i keep my jar with a few bichir.. one ornate, and two endli..

wierd i thought that blues only needed like a 180

Where did you get the idea that they require less than a silver? Like I said, pretty much the same fish.

Ill put it short and sweet. If you can't or don't want to get such a big tank, don't get such a big fish. its that simple. We already told you 6x2x2 will not fit ANY aro. End of story.
