this is for sale at a LFS for 250.00 it is about 14" long. is this a fair price?

few weeks later, they had a 6" for $60.

I honestly think fish stores jack up the prices of Arowana's and florida gars and other identical fish so the "normal public" doesnt buy them.

Think about it. What Newb Fish owner is going to drop 250.00 on a fish? USUALLY the only type of people that spend that type of money, are the people that know what they are doing and know what that fish really is.

yes, 250.00 is alot for a Jardini but I wouldnt hesitate to buy it just to keep it out of some kids 55 gallon tank where he will either grow to his death or jump to his death.
