Jave Fearn Plantlets

Hello,

My java fearn appears to have plantlets growing from the leaves and I would like to know how to best cut them off and replant them as the get to a large enough size?

best to leave them on and they will detach their self. worst case when they are a inch or so you can pull them off from the leaf. no need for cutting them.
