Anybody ever heard or used it before? Any problems? Please provide a picture of the fixture on your tank if possible, any advice will be appreciated.

Good for creating an algae swamp or a nice planted tank. If you want a planted tank, I would go with a T5HO fixture. 4x54W will be at least as bright, or brighter, the bulbs are cheaper, longer lasting, and more efficient. The reflectors are also more effective in T5s.
