I plan on using them. I couldn't find anything negative about them in all the reviews I read. I have not read any complaints about them on MFK.

I bought my heaters and pumps and UV sterilizers from either Bulk Reef Supply or Marine Depot. Both had good prices and both had prompt service and shipping. If one place didn't have the item in stock, I bought from the other vendor.
 
Thanks pacu mom! I really like the idea of using a controller. I currently run 2 seperate heaters in my sump and it is difficult to dial in the exact temp I want.

Only had my 500w for about 4 months but so far me likey.
 
Well, I actually just ordered jehmco's 500w titanium heater/controller. It was $50 cheaper and my lfs is gonna add it to his already existing order. So no shipping costs for me! Any reviews on this one?
