Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes
What percentage of water do you change?
31-40%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every two weeks
If I do not change my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.
I have a jack dempsey that just lays on its side all the time has done it for a long time just stays under one decoration and does nothing it can upright and swim normal

my fire mouth has a stuck open mouth and has stayed colored up for a few days looks like maybe an injury above its mouth

Whats ur water quality? I’d do a 75% water and try kanamycin but looks like it’s not recoverable. Looks like columnaris. I’d euthanize the fish. Empty the tank and clean out with bleach Let dry and start again. Throw away the media and restart the tank. Water changes weekly upto twice a week with water checks. Sorry to tell you this way.

It looked to me like my Oscar might have grabbed him and injured his mouth he’s a lot bigger than the fire mouth

Hard to say. Fish dying and the fm look like it has duck mouth. It’s very unfortunate. If it’s truly from injury then water changes twice a week at 50% and reduce stress stay help. If it’s from columnaris then as I already mentioned earlier.
