They can co-exist, but not in a 55g. A 55g will house either one GT or one JD for life. ONE.

They could when younger but not full grown. I would keep just the GT because they tend to have more personality and make better pets IMO. Give him some dither/targets to chase around and maybe a small cat or pleco.

Green terrors are also worth more when large
