One easy way that I've always used is that females have MUCH more color under the jaw. While on males, most of the color stops right under the eyes. I'm sure others have their ways to tell, but this way has always worked well for me!

I second this and I feel is the best way to sex them.

IME the above option are by far an easy way to do it. Though some times I've come accross a female without it.
