Actually to tell you the truth I will probably sell the only large tank I have left (125) cause I dont feel like dragging it down there, plus the fish aint exactly legal in Florida either. I will keep my little planted 29 I suppose.

Yes, first home, and you are dang right its a GR8 time to buy especially in a state like Fl. LoL this house is only seven years old and is priced at about 55% of what it was new. Since it was built, it received a new roof after Ivan (like most homes in the area) and has brand new carpet and paint and move in ready. Weve been looking for months in Louisville but the prices are just crazy compared to what you can get in Florida right now and luckily the wife and I are fortunate enough to be able to pick up and move like this.

KY has a few guns too but they dont call it the gunshine state for nothing! Though KY does have much more liberal gun laws. Its been brought up I may have to sell a couple for some closing costs but I am hoping that is only as a last resort!

No, Im sticking to the south so hoping to move to North Florida aka Lower Alabama haha. In the Pensacola, well Milton area to be exact.

I do have a cousin that works for Disney so she lives in Orlando. I have more family in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze up here and in Milton. One cousin with a 3year old lives about 4 houses down from the house I am putting a contract on so my daughter who is a year younger will have a great playmate already~!

go down to anna maria island if u get a chance! fishings great and its the nicest beach iv seen in florida for YEARS!!
we discoverd because i wanted to catch some real fish instead of grunts.
its idyllic!
we r now going back over and staying on the island next year for 3 weeks.
