jds just spawned

so my jack dempseys just laid eggs,i cought the female in the act of laying.what do i do to keep them alive?they are currently in my 75 gallon tank with my oscar and pleco and convict pair.sould i move them when they hatchor should i just see what happens?this is the first time that these two have spawned.

Your best bet is to wait until they are hatched and in a clump in the gravel maybe a week after they have hatched. Then take a turkey baster and siphon some of the babies out of the gravel into a nursery tank.

you could always leave them with the parents but they wouldn't stand much of a chance in the long run

take out the plecosomous it might eat them when you turn the lights off

oh,i guess its a good thing that i didnt turn the light out on that side.
