Picked up this for my tank. Instructions do not state GPH of pump I should run. Tank Is 6x30x2 225 with a 55 gallon sump soon to be (80 gallons ordered already). Any input would be appreciated. I have heard for best result turn tank over 1 to 2 times per house meaning i should be running 300 gph to 600 Gph pump. Thanks.

Slower is better. I’d get a crappy pump and pump in the sump return in the sump.

You should turn the entire water volume one time per hour. So 275gph minimum. It's okay to pump a higher rate...36W for this size tank will give you about 25mJ/cm^2 of UV dosage.
