I have 3 Jebo Odyssea CFS4 canisters and have personally had a very good experience with them. They have good flow and huge media capacity for the price. The first one I bought sprang a leak because I cracked the shutoff valve while pulling it out of the filter (I bought a set of replacement shutoff valves which solved the problem). The most recent one I bought seems to be slightly better built than the first ones (thickers hoses and the plastic parts seem a little more durable) so I guess they're improving them over time.
I've heard a lot of people complain about them but I think it's unreasonable to compare them to Eheims when they cost so much less. I think they're great value for money.
I have three Jebo 328 filters running on my 125 g tank with no problem. The only thing that I noticed from them was the flow rate was weak, other than that, they are affordable.
