Try not to get China brands... they die fast. I bought one of those China filters last time thinking it was so cheap, but in the end it melted after 6 months. So not only was it not reliable it was dangerous as well. Also these kind of filters might not have sapre parts available because it is so cheap. So if something small breaks like the impeller, you have to throw the whole thing away. Go for Eheim or filstar if you have the money. However the china ones are good because they are cheap, so even if they breakdown after a few months, just get a new one and it will still be cheaper than getting an Eheim. The choice is up to you.
