I'm wondering which heater is best. And which you all would recommend. My fish tank is 110 gallons. 2 300w jebo heaters would cost $34. 2 300w visaaqua would cost $32 nd 2 300w aquatops would cost $40. I have a jebo and it works great but since these are around the same pricing I wanted to know which is best

I've had good experience with my Aquatop 300W's in my 180. It's a shame the drfostersmith.com isn't having their sale on Eheim Jager's anymore. I picked up 2 250W's for about $20 a piece.

Jager's have their pros and cons. Pros: Cheap heaters for high wattage and they keep temp
Pretty accurate. Cons: worst suction cups ever, they're pretty big and they're hard as hell to calibrate. Best heater I've ever had is the acqueon pro

My luck with Eheim-Jager heaters has been unbelievably poor. I originally had 5 of them and within a year, none are presently working. I just can't adjust them to regulate the temperature. The temperature ring seizes up and the button that releases the ring, if you try to lift it, will break your finger nail. Use something heavier duty (like a screw driver) and the heater will break. I'll never buy another. I also ordered 6- 300W Jebo heaters (they were cheaper as a six- pack). They all failed in short order. I've also used Hydor and they're not particularly reliable for me either. I'm sure different people's experiences vary. But this is the way it's gone for me. I've never used Visaqua or aquatops.

Seems jager doesn't follow through on warranty claims from what I'm reading, aqueon pro reviews on amazon are pretty bad, read the 22 one star reviews and folks all say it fills up with water, get replacement and it happens again and again

Man they're all bad. If it's your main tank, invest in a quality controller. Heaters are pretty much the most dangerous piece of equipment you have in your tank in regards to what happens if they malfunction.
