Jelly thing found

I found this weird jelly thing on one of my plant's leaves and it has 5 or 6 white spots trapped in it. I have the following fish in my tank:
5x white cloud mountain minnows;
4x guppy males;
3x cardinal tetras;
2x bumblebee gobies;
1x golden algae eater.

Also, how do I sex my white clouds?

Have you recently bought new plants? the eggs might have come with them, could you try and take a better pic? is not going to be easy due to the small sized subject but give it a try.

hmmm...I bought that plant 2 days ago. But I also handled it a lot, maybe too much. If they really are snails, is it a good or bad thing?
