If I did not test my water...

Ok so I have a jewel cichlid that just started to not eat yesterday and today it was hiding in a rock and was very lethargic so bad that I was able to just go in with a net and grab him. I usually need to use a trap to catch anything in this tank. I took a video and to me it looks like he is twitching or something.

I have not added any fish for weeks and all the water test are good. Under 10 ppm nitrates DKH 10. DGH is 12 no PH swings and it dose not look like he was being beat up.
Any suggestions will greatly be appreciated

In the past I had an Jewel cichlid and when she had stopped eating, and became inactive it was because she was being bullied by her tankmates. He may not have any marks or scuffs because i'm sure if he was being harassed he fought back but it could have caused tremendous amounts of stress to cause this behavior. In conclusion keep a close eye out on it's interactions with it's tankmates is my opinion from my experience when I was in this situation. You may not notice the aggression, or fighting if the fish stay far apart from each other usually but I have seen fish get violent once they meet up in the tank and that meetup causes fighting to begin all day actions that usually wouldn't happen if they were doing the usual distancing from each other.
