If it is a wild caught fish its gonna look nice. Ive had 3 johannas and each had a different temperment. Look at Pnuts pike ID thread. Im pretty sure there is a profile on them in there.

Top fish is female, has white stripe on dorsal fin and plump red abdomen. Males won't get that colorful. At least it won't get that nice red belly.
You must remember not all Johanna get those colors. I believe that is the rainbow variant. Some are more drab and some are more colorful.
