I keep new world cichlids but I also love monster fish. I'm willing to take in your unwanted or problem fish. I've got plenty of room for the moment so e-mail me if you're lookoing for a home for your fish. There's a few rules though:

1.) I DO NOT feed live food.... EVER. If I were to start feeding live food I'd go broke!
2.) Keep in mind I have a very hungry 18" tiger shovelnose catfish that eats chunk fish, he will, on occasion, eat fish 6" and smaller unless they're tinfoil barbs, or silver dollars. For some reason he could care less about those two. I do have smaller tanks for smaller fish so feel free to e-mail if you've got a question.
3.) Your fish must be healthy to enter my tanks unless we discuss things ahead of time. I will take in sick or dieing fish and do my best to nurse them. Keep in mind my largest hospital tank is only 55 gallons.
4.) If you've got something off the wall and arn't sure I'll want it just e-mail me and we'll talk.
5.) I DO NOT PAY FOR UNWANTED FISH. I figure I'm doing you a favor so why should I pay lol. I realize fish outgrow tanks and I realize fish can become overly aggressive. So it may be that they are wanted but not possible for you to keep. I understand this and will not be judgemental.
6.) If you choose it, I will give you monthly updates on your fish. I do also place fish that need homes. So if you're looking for a PERMANENT home for your fish it may or may not be my home. So please keep that in mind.

My e-mail address is jjstraz@hotmail.com

I live in North East Ohio so however far you want to drive is up to you. :)

Wow! So many demands. LOL Are you for real?

You didn't even mention what kind of a set up you have. What makes you think that people would even want to give you their fish?

Let's see tank pics.

Yes, I'm for real LOL, I've got an 800 gallon tank, a 240, a 185, and many many tanks 55 and smaller, oh yeah, forgot about the 90....

No worries, I know what I'm doing and have been doing it for many years... It's not my first day:)

Here's a video of the 800:

nice pics

Wow, you have some very nice and very clean setups.....congrats.

I especially like the african tank!!!:headbang2

I scratched the poat front end idea... I got one but it just didn't look right....

Thanks for the kind words, that african tank is now full of about 250 african fry, a geophagus and a couple of angelfish. My camera is in the shop so no new pics for a while...

The holes in the back wall lead to their own five gallon pail pre-filter, then down to a 44 gallon can full of bio media, then through live plants, then the water returns back through a spray bar running the length of the tank.

The reason I'm offering to find homes and offering my tanks for peoples unwanted fish is because, well, I've got the room, and It'll be my chance to get some free unwanted fish. :)
