just got threw doing a water change and there is little white worms swimming around should i be worried thanx

if they are tiny white worms that have the shape of a (small) earthworm dont worry about it. I get them in my tank all the time and the fish seem to enjoy eating them. I forget what they are called but they are actually raised as food sometimes.
