Never kept but if u have the space get one,they r supposed to be pretty slow growing.

i had one. most come in labled as labeomajor or minor but they all seem to be the same..
they're awesome for cleaning after scraps and are generally hardy. be careful when you first get him into the tank. mine would jump and go bezerk at first but learned to adjust after a while.

My favorite fish! Super slow growers, not aggressive, and readily eat anything prepared. The photos you see online of giants are ancient fish. Highly recommend these guys for any tank.
