Julidochromis with peacocks and haps?

For those of you who have kept these together have there been any issues? Are julis too agressive for peacocks and haps?

They can be kept with peacocks and haps. They get very territorial when breeding though. I wouldn't think you would have too much of a problem though.

Don't currently have the mix, but had it work for 2 years.

Hmm now that's a interesting thought...I plan to do a all male hap/peacock tank...and there are a few julis that I like too. Could I put a few different single male julis in the mix and not have breeding aggression?

Make sure the tank is large enough and you have rocks for the julies. The idea of mixing types, be sure that they are not able to breed. Meaning have males and females of different types, and be sure that you have enough room so they do not get in each other space. Julies can be tough on each other. I have kept Marleri and Dickfieldi together with peacocks and haps just fine.
