Jump starting the Nitrogen Cycle

Our new 2000 gallon pond will be finished being built in about one week. I was wondering if I can go down to the natural occuring lake down the street and grab some rocks and plants to add to our pond. The idea is to seed my pond with bacteria from the lake.
Is this viable? I know the risks of transporting diseases and bugs, but the lake is very clean and the fish in the lake are healthy.
Any thoughts or tips are appreciated.

Any time i've made the mistake of taking nature indoors resulted in disaster. parasites alone, not worth it in my eyes!

like a tank, you can sponsor a pond with existing media from any tanks you are running. I absolutely WOULD NOT go out and get anything from a local natural pond and add it to mine.
