Well it finally happened, i was cleaning my tank and my silver arowana thought it would be a good ideqa to explore the outside world. needless to say he was wrong after a couple tense moments he is back in the tank and swimming, (stressed) but swimming, i added aquarium salt and a dose of stress coat. Are there any other suggestions as to what i should be doing? any help is greatly appreciated

basically keep an eye on the aro, turn off the light and keep additional stress to a minimum and hope its ok.
if its not damaged externally there is nothing much more you can do.

If he's swimming normally 
think there's nopthing to worry about just don't leave any gap on the tank cover. i noticed silvers seem to like to jump more than asian aros.

This time i had the water level down and was cleaning one side, as i closed the lid and went to the other side of the tank he made his move, opening the lid on his way out and i gotta say i was very impressed at the distance he got, somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 feet. As of tody he is no worse for the wear, he has a few battle scars but is doing great and hungry as ever. Thanks to all who replyed to my little crisis it is appreciated.
