Jumping off the deep end....

Well today i aquired a new tank. It is an older but very well taken care of 300 gallon acrylic tank. It comes with 12 cichlids and all the decor. A stand that is made of 4x4 posts and a DIY wet/dry sump filter system that is using a 29 gallon tank as the sump. Now i just wonder if i got a good deal or not. I am not second guessing just want to know what everyone thinks on here. Once i get it home i will post pictures. Back to what its worth, i will have about 900 dollars in it.
