Jumping Wolf

My wolf fish keep trying to jump out of the tank do anyone know what mite be the problem

Those fish are a pain in the ass. I taped down my tank lids. they stilltry to get out, all you hear is banging...bang.......band from those dopie fish trying to commit suicide

Eh.. the cover? maybe the tank is too small or its just trying to seek attention?

i've got an Erythrinus erythrinus too, it loves to swim close to the surface and sometimes jumps. i thought it was just gonna chill at the bottom.

the tank is 150 gallon tank he is about 6"

strange - my 8 inch hoplias has never tried to jump out, not once. Neither has my channa or jardini.

thats Odd I used to have a 8" wolf fish in my 75Gal years ago, he only started behaving like this after my cousin gave me a 10" SH. for some reason the 5 other fish an the wolf lived in Harmony, but him an the new SH just didnt get along, I was forced to sell the wolf at the LFS.
