My villesneria is absolutely ridiculous I am contemplating un rooting and removing 3/4 of it and just letting it grow back. This stuff grows like I feed my tank steroids

This is why i personally tried to avoid extremely fast growing plants that get large... the trimming each week can be a real killer...

Although if you are after the wild look, it can be great...

I wanted the jungle look but wow after about 2.5 months of establishment and fish waste building up in the substrate it has now become absolutely insane growth!
