I've been growing catnip for my cat for a while now, I was wondering if I could grow some in my delhezi's aquarium. If she'd appreciate it that is.

hydroponics and growing a plant with it's roots submerged in water all the time are two different things. I honestly don't know how well it would do. Many plants can and will grow with their roots submerged, but not all plants grow well this way. If you have some spare catnip you don't mind losing, it wouldn't hurt to try it so long as you keep a close eye on root decay to make sure any dying roots don't pollute your tank.

THe bichir would be fine with it, but not sure how catnip does hydroponically.

All of my clones are hydroponic. I was only wondering if it would have the same affect for the fish as it does my cats.
