The abbreviation of Japanese is no longer acceptable to use on this forum. If you do not feel like typing Japanese, JPN or JP are acceptable. The abbreviation is considered a racial slur.

No, you were complaining in the first thread about it, and now you're being sarcastic about it. People reported your post where you said "Jap," and you got a warning PM about it. OK. One thread is enough. Even though I agree with you that "Jap," as it was used, was an abbreviation of Japanese, and NOT a racial slur, I can easily see where it could be taken that way. You were the one going on about how if you search for the term you get hundreds of hits, how come no one else was banned/warned? It's obvious you're upset about it, but it's not nessecary to post threads about an honest mistake, and possible misunderstanding of how the word was being used. That's all I'm going to say in this thread.

I have been talking to Li and Wyldfya about it and can see the concerns, and was told that people would be contacted by PM's so I thought I would post this.

Okay, here it is,
PC or not the term is considered racist, if you don't want to be percieved as a racist stop using their vocabulary.
Also, posting a thread like this then demanding that it be locked is often used as a form of trolling.
I am adding my 2 cents so that others will take note.
If not for that I would simply delete the thread
