no seriously... water change, real good cleaning of your gravel(basically make sure your tank is nice and clean) and then you can either treat your fish in that tank, or in a separate care tank... then once you know where the fish is staying add salt... forget how many parts salt per gallon... but someone will chime in... i know there are medications but i think most will tell you to go the salt route for most diseases and do it in a quarantine tank...

i have never had problems with my tanks in my 13-14 years of keeping fish(no diseases) so not too much experience just know from reading...

also this disease usually comes from fish stores you bought the fish from.... you can fix this by quarantining for 2 weeks before adding the fish to your tank.... if your tank has been situated, then you need more filtration ALL ABOUT WATER QUALITY!!!
