I see a lot of people referring to themselves and others as MFKers. This is a bit redundant, its essentially saying Monster Fish Keeperer. MFK does not need another "er".
Rant over, continue to do as you please. Its just been bugging me for a while kinda like people who say The TPC...
 
so you would prefer that we say we are MFKs?
 
i use mfker because monsterfishkeepers is the name of the site
just like i go on sherdog for mma, i'm a sherdogger
i go on monsterfishkeepers for fish, i'm an mfker

but i get what you're saying. here's another one

personal identification number = pin

but people will say pin number

With all the problems in the world today, this is what you have to rant about? The ER has to go on the abbreviation to make sense. You're not saying you're an Monsterfishkeeper'er.....you're saying you're an MFK'er. It's completely different.

Never thought of this and from now on it will bother me. Give it a few weeks and it may even surpass "Oscar fish", I guess some feel the need to clarify that they're not starting a thread on grouches.
