Just another gar ID thread

Hello all. I don't know much about gars. I seen this one at a local fish store and the owner wasn't there and had someone stand in. The label only said gar 19.99. The guy didn't know exactly what it was. Didn't want to buy it without figuring out what it exactly is. Any help is appreciated.

Given the image and price, I would say this is very likely a Florida Gar (most commonly available gar in the hobby). Reasonable price, and don't get as large as some of the other species (Longnose Gar or Alligator Gar). Hope that helps!--

Awesome thanks a bunch tax season is here so I'll be looking into 220+ gallon tanks.
