just bought 210 gal tank!!

im new to the big fish tank scene and just purchased my first big tank. 210 gallons. it had an overflow already in it with a hole drilled at the bottom. but the guy i bought it from sealed it off with a pice of think glass and silicone. once i get this hole open whats the next steps in setting up a sump?

any info or guidence would be appreciated! also have a titanium flowerhorn for sale PM me if your interested! ill post pics as soon as i can!
