what water temperature can bichirs tolerate? lows and highs. help pls. thanks.

I have my heater set between 80 and 82 degrees and my bichir is still truckin after several years.

I read it's ideal to keep the temp at 72-82 F and I've also read 75-85F. I would keep it at 82 MAX, just in case.....

We just had a heat wave a few months ago during the summer and my tank went up to 98F and they were still doing fine. I think they can tolerate just a little bit above 100F.

Is the Typhoon over there still getting worst?

no, it already went away going for vietnam. i want to increase the temp because i want my poly to heal faster, so what's the ideal water temp? in celsius please. :D
