He's in a 100 gallon with a few other fish, and is already swimming around actively, although he rarely treads above the mid range of the tank. I give my fish feeders every couple weeks as a treat (I have a source for very healthy ones), and he gobbled at least 3-5 of them!
having trouble getting a good pic of him, because when I get close to the tank he either faces me straight on so I can only see his eyes and mouth, or he retreats a darker corner of the tank.
I think he's doing very well! He's such a beautiful fish! His stripes are perfectly defined, jet black.
