Very underrated Knife. These guys are one of the smaller species which make them more suitable for most hobbyist looking for a Knife. They can be quite shy, but territorial with other Knives. I've heard that they shoal in the wild, but seems that when people try to keep them in a group, it doesn't work well. They can be a bit of a pain when it comes to feeding, but will learn quickly.

I've had my little guy for a while now. Best friends with my Sen. Bichir. He used to love bloodworms, but has become more attracted to tilapia, shrimp, and silversides. He's a tough little guy. Held his own against a golden knife twice his size for a while, until I recently separated them.

Definitely under-rated. Not something that grows to monstrous size, but a feisty little fish when it gets confident.
