cant wait till hes 3ft, but im glad they grow slow

No, they don't. That's why they are raised commercially for food purposes...

no way in hel do they grow slow, i had one go from a 2incher to 8 in a matter of months. they eat anything they get int here mouths and never stop eating either...

Bullheads and Channels are completely different. Channels grow very quickly. Id say they have a growth rate similar to an RTC if they have good water, good food and enough room. Great fish though, I have three
